Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chad Drake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aschen Breaker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Drake comes to the cage accompanied by Kiss - God of Thunder. Breaker is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Disturbed - Indestructible. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chad Drake! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Aschen Breaker! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Frank Dennis and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Drake looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Drake displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Breaker. Breaker fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Drake sprawls well initially but Breaker persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Breaker missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Breaker wants to free his trapped foot but Drake is holding on for dear life with his legs. Breaker is looking for a kimura but Drake is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Breaker to get the leverage. Drake preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Drake is trying to stand back up but Breaker is controlling him

Drake is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Breaker's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Breaker's back! Drake controlling well, preventing Breaker from escaping the position.
Breaker has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Drake has good solid back control here. Drake is looking to finish with some ground and pound!

Drake is landing with some decent strikes but Breaker is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Breaker is trying to escape the mount.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Breaker tries to roll over but Drake keeps him under control. Breaker is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Drake pulls his head out easily. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Drake looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Breaker gets back to full guard.
Breaker is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Drake won't allow Breaker to sweep him here. Drake has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Breaker had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Drake is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Breaker Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Drake's back instead. Breaker working for the choke. Breaker is hanging on to Drake's back as he tries to escape.
Drake defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Breaker's arms. Drake rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
The fighters are battling for position here. Drake manages to regain full guard. Nice work. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chad Drake dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Breaker misses with a takedown attempt - Drake sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Breaker takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Breaker is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Breaker looks for a takedown but Drake sprawls well. Breaker uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Drake. Drake throws a hook but Breaker avoids it easily. Breaker ducks under a wild hook from Drake. Breaker takes the fight into the clinch. Drake is trying to break free. Breaker fails to pull guard.
Chad Drake has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aschen Breaker. Drake tries to break the clinch but Breaker is controlling the position. Drake breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Breaker bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Drake lands a two punch combo.
Drake displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Breaker. Breaker will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Breaker is breathing heavily. Drake tried to score with a low kick but Breaker checks it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Drake thuds his right hand into Breaker's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Breaker is trying hard to land a takedown here. Drake sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Some wild striking there from Drake.
Breaker fails with a takedown attempt. Drake misses with a two punch combination.
Breaker closes the distance and clinches up with Drake, looking for a takedown. Breaker pushes Drake against the cage but Drake circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Drake lands with a big left! Breaker is wobbled badly! Drake comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Breaker to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Chad Drake!
