Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between pure wrestling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and bjj sparing (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, pure wrestling! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, bjj sparing! The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Glass and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! wrestling has a takedown stuffed. sparing shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with wrestling but wrestling pushes him off and we're back to square one. wrestling doesn't succeed with the takedown and sparing counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for wrestling! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. sparing prevents wrestling from getting the reversal. sparing tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. wrestling wants to control but sparing is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. wrestling bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. sparing working a defensive guard here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. wrestling is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. wrestling won't allow sparing to sweep him here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! sparing trying to keep a closed guard but wrestling is proving a slippery customer.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
bjj sparing dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
sparing shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with wrestling but wrestling pushes him off and we're back to square one. wrestling tries for a takedown but sparing circles away easily and sparing counters with a single leg into guard. wrestling didn't expect that. wrestling wants to sweep but no luck. wrestling is working hard here to advance position. sparing sitting in guard, not really doing much.
That's one minute gone in the round. sparing wants to control from the top but wrestling keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
That's three minutes gone in the round. sparing is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. sparing trying to control the position from guard on top but wrestling is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
bjj sparing showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. sparing trying to control the position but wrestling is working away.

Despite being in the dominant position, bjj sparing just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. wrestling shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. sparing manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. wrestling trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but sparing manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
That's four minutes gone in the round. wrestling seems keen to control sparing's posture.
And that's the end of the fight! bjj sparing comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got sparing winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
