Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lauri Lepisto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ismo Taalasmaa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Arvi Lind and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Taalasmaa.
Lepisto displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Taalasmaa.
Lepisto fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Taalasmaa sprawls well initially but Lepisto persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Taalasmaa is trying to maintain the position but Lepisto is very close to passing his half guard.
Taalasmaa manages to get to full guard.
Taalasmaa controls Lepisto momentarily but Lepisto frees himself.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Taalasmaa has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lepisto can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Taalasmaa wants to sweep here but Lepisto controlling him for the moment.
Taalasmaa wants to control the position but Lepisto says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Lepisto wants to control but Taalasmaa is keeping him busy.
Taalasmaa wants to get back to full guard.
Taalasmaa is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.

Taalasmaa is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Taalasmaa has his takedown stuffed
and Lepisto holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Lauri Lepisto has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ismo Taalasmaa.
Lepisto gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Taalasmaa.
Lepisto manages to pull guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Taalasmaa is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Lepisto is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Lepisto has escaped and now he's on top!
Taalasmaa wants to sweep but no luck.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Taalasmaa has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Lepisto should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Taalasmaa has tightened it up now! Lepisto should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
