Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mamed Chalidov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julius Prime (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mamed Chalidov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Julius Prime! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Robert Twigg and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chalidov fails to land the takedown. Prime closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Chalidov did well to prevent Prime getting side control. Prime is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Chalidov wants to improve his position but Prime is controlling well.
Prime seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Chalidov does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Prime with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Prime prevents Chalidov from standing back up.

Prime lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chalidov is positioning himself well to prevent Prime advancing to mount. Prime thows a huge punch but Chalidov dodges it nicely.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Chalidov is not content to let Prime control the position. Chalidov wants to get back to full guard. Prime looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Chalidov with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Chalidov trying to control from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Prime sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Chalidov defending well though. Chalidov on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Chalidov avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Prime. Prime thows a huge punch but Chalidov dodges it nicely.
Prime throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Chalidov gets back to full guard.
Chalidov is breathing heavily. Prime is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Prime trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Prime postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Chalidov pulls Prime in close to prevent any damage. Chalidov striking off his back but it's not causing Prime any problems. Prime distracts Chalidov with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chalidov keeping moving, preventing Prime from controlling successfully. Chalidov looking to control.
Chalidov is wriggling around but Prime manages to pass to half guard.
Prime lands with a punch from half guard. Prime working Chalidov over with strikes. Well, if Prime is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Prime is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Chalidov defends it well. Prime missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Prime is nestled in close to Chalidov, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Prime throwing shots but Chalidov is blocking nicely. Prime not landing any meaningful shots this time. Prime throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Chalidov throws a head kick but Prime moves out of range.
Prime tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Chalidov swivels and escapes. Prime lands a with a good body shot. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Julius Prime dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Prime. Chalidov stuffs the takedown attempt from Prime. Prime gets slowly back to his feet. Chalidov with a poor takedown and Prime counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Chalidov tries to get to full guard but Prime has control of the leg. Chalidov trying to control here.
Prime looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Chalidov with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Prime slips a nice elbow through Chalidov's hands, connecting with Chalidov's forehead. Chalidov taking some punishment here, with Prime in his half guard. Prime has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Prime lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Prime with shots to the head and body - Chalidov looks very uncomfortable down there. Prime looking to control but Chalidov is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Prime lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Chalidov takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Prime lands a nice shot to the head. Prime prevents Chalidov from getting the reversal. Chalidov is working hard here to advance position. Prime is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Chalidov can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Chalidov is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Chalidov is looking to improve his position but Prime isn't that keen on the idea. Prime breaks from Chalidov's wrist control and lands an elbow. Chalidov wants to control but Prime is having none of it. Chalidov is working to get back to half guard.
Prime controlling from the full mount. Prime looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Prime prevents Chalidov from getting the reversal. Chalidov has left one of his arms exposed and Prime doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Chalidov screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
