Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pete Cherry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sammook Polman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Polman has chosen Dying Fetus - One Shot One Kill as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Polman moves out of range of the strikes. Cherry blocks a head kick by Polman.
Cherry slips a jab from Polman. Cherry misses with a takedown attempt - Polman sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. A slow jab from Cherry misses its intended target. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Polman takes a shot right to the bread basket.
