Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Xavier David (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pena Pakkaaja (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). David comes to the cage accompanied by Bring The Pain. Pakkaaja is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by I made it by Kevin Rudolf. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Richard Clark and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
David shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Pakkaaja as he jumps to the side.
David avoids the head kick by Pakkaaja.
David scores with a takedown into Pakkaaja's guard.
Pakkaaja managing to control the position.
Pakkaaja keeping moving, preventing David from controlling successfully.
Pakkaaja is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
David with a nice head shot there.
David has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's one minute gone in the round.
David is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
David throws and elbow that misses. Pakkaaja uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in David's guard. Nice move by Pakkaaja!

Pakkaaja wants to get up but he can't break David's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Pakkaaja is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
David has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Pakkaaja doesn't defend quickly enough and David has managed to lock this one up! Can Pakkaaja escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to David on a fantastic submission victory.
