The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Hirohito Nitta and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick from Delgado lands but Yvel takes it in his stride.
Delgado tries to clinch but Yvel is having none of it.
Yvel looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Yvel drops Delgado with a beautiful combination! Delgado stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Yvel is looking for the KO!
It looks like Hector Delgado has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Yvel throws the kick towards the body but Delgado avoids it.
Yvel tries to close the distance and clinch but Delgado swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Yvel lands with a big left! Delgado is wobbled badly! Yvel comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Delgado to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Ruben Yvel!
