PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between BJ Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stevie Bonner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bonner has chosen It's Time For War- LL Cool J as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bonner throws a lazy right hand but Penn sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Bonner throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Penn misses with a low kick.
Penn keeps Bonner at a distance using the push kick.
Bonner missing with a left hand there. Penn was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Penn is looking to clinch.
Penn throws a low kick but it's checked well by Bonner.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Penn.

Penn closes the distance and clinches up with Bonner, looking for a takedown. Penn pushes Bonner against the cage but Bonner circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Penn throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bonner's waist but Bonner gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Penn off to one side.

Penn has an Americana. Bonner didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Penn is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Penn hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
