The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lampard fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Sanders avoids it really well and circles away.
Sanders closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Lampard tries to roll over but Sanders keeps him under control.
Lampard is working hard here to advance position.
Lampard knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sanders on the ground.
