Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shawn Spencer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johny Bravo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johny Bravo struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 187.4lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Spencer does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Bravo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Spencer paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Spencer bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Bravo's head backwards.

It looks like Johny Bravo has been cut.

Spencer gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Bravo keeps control of Spencer as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Bravo goes for a takedown attempt but Spencer pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Bravo will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Bravo has closed the distance and engaged Spencer in a clinch.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Spencer stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bravo swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Bravo wants to sweep here but Spencer controlling him for the moment.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Spencer gets to his feet. Bravo looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Bravo turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Spencer off and cradles Bravo's limp body as Spencer celebrates with his corner.
