Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pedro The KY (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Donovan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pedro The KY could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Mike Donovan's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donovan keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

The KY feints and as Donovan raises his hands in defense, The KY changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
The KY wants to control but Donovan is keeping busy and won't allow it.

That was a close second round but I would say that Pedro The KY will probably get the nod.

The KY has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Donovan can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The KY will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The KY rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Donovan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Donovan shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with The KY but The KY pushes him off and we're back to square one.

The KY is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Donovan can't fight it off and eventually The KY manages to take the fight to the floor. Donovan looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
