Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between K Barnett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and A C (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barnett is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, K Barnett! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, A C! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Bruno Lombardi and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No luck for C with that takedown attempt. Barnett is breathing heavily. C blocks a head kick by Barnett.
C looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Barnett with a poor takedown and C decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Barnett's guard. Barnett might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. C trying to control but Barnett is working from the bottom. C stands up from Barnett's guard - C perhaps looking for a knockout. Barnett gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. C trying to control but Barnett is working from the bottom. C would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. C stands up from guard. Let's bang! C instigates a clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. A knee to the head by C.
C tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
K Barnett has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of A C. C has Barnett pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Barnett manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. C tries for a takedown but Barnett manages to get underhooks.
Barnett stops a takedown attempt from C.
C gets control of Barnett's arms and successfully pulls guard. C will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Barnett with a flurry of punches that miss. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. C keeping moving, preventing Barnett from controlling successfully. C keeping full guard, as Barnett tries to pass. Barnett throwing strikes but missing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Barnett working some strikes from top position. C wants to sweep but no luck. Barnett stops C from standing up. Barnett trying to control the position from guard on top but C is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. C misses with a takedown and Barnett counters with a nice double leg into side control. C won't be happy with that.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Barnett looking to punish the body of his opponent here but C is avoiding damage well.
Barnett wants to take a breather but C manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Barnett. C can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Barnett controls the pace. Barnett trying to control the position from guard on top but C is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Barnett trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but A C will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Barnett clinches with his opponent.
C tries for a takedown. No joy.
C scores with a knee to the head.
C manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. C looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Barnett passes into side control.
C tries to escape but Barnett is in control. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. C tries to improve position but can't. C takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Barnett tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Barnett has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! C dodges the ground and pound from Barnett. C is looking to reverse the position. Barnett is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but C is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Barnett shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches C napping and manages to drive through into side control! C takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Barnett throwing strikes but missing, from side control. C is not content to let Barnett control the position. Barnett has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's three minutes gone in the round. C struggling a bit here. C is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Barnett asserts his dominance and retains side control. Sloppy strikes there by Barnett.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. C taking punishment in the form of punches.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Horrible takedown by Barnett or perhaps it was just good defense by C which made him look bad. Barnett darts in trying to clinch and C counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Barnett moves into full guard.
C lands a couple of elbows. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that K Barnett will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!
Barnett with a lazy takedown attempt and C moves into the clinch. C breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. C tries to clinch up. C with a poor takedown and Barnett counters by moving into the clinch. C has clasped his hands together around Barnett's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. C working away. Barnett manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! C wants to get back to his feet.

That's one minute gone in the round. Barnett sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. C defending well though. Barnett works his way into side control. C gets back to half guard. Barnett trying to control from half guard but C is working away. Barnett is trying to work for a kimura but C is defending well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Barnett is just content to waste time from the top position. C takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. C trying to strike off his back.
Barnett missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. C wants to sweep but no luck.
That's three minutes gone in the round. C is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Barnett throws a big right hand that misses.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Barnett closes the distance looking to clinch and C counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. C perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. C wants to stand up but Barnett is controlling the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Barnett manages to escape and get back to his feet! C shoots for a double leg takedown but Barnett sprawls well. He's pushed C's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Barnett swats away the attempt to clinch by C. Barnett moves in looking to clinch but C pushes him off. Barnett with a poor takedown so C counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Barnett wants to stand but C is controlling the position.
And that's the end of the fight! A C comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think C has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
