Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Albert Anderson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Sleeper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sleeper has chosen Love me Sexy as his entrance music. Tyler Sleeper acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Albert Anderson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tyler Sleeper!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Frank Dennis and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Sleeper looks to land a left hand but Anderson moved out of range nicely.
Anderson throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Anderson avoids a punch combination nicely.
Sleeper feints and then cracks Anderson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Anderson down.
Horrible takedown by Anderson or perhaps it was just good defense by Sleeper which made him look bad.
Anderson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Nice defenses there by Sleeper.
Anderson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Anderson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Anderson closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Sleeper did well to prevent Anderson getting side control.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Anderson would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Anderson decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Anderson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Sleeper avoids it really well and circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Albert Anderson. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Sleeper counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Anderson's guard now.
Anderson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Sleeper wanted to stand there but Anderson had control of the position.

Sleeper got a little sloppy there for a moment and Anderson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Sleeper has managed to get both his arms back between Anderson's legs - danger averted.

Anderson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Sleeper gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Anderson is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Anderson wants to stand and escape but Sleeper is having none of it.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Sleeper doesn't manage to clinch there - Anderson circles away.
Sleeper's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Sleeper duly obliges.

Sleeper shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Anderson manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Sleeper postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Anderson has his foot on Sleeper's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Sleeper works his way back into a safe position though.
Sleeper is pushing down on Anderson's leg trying to pass to half guard. Anderson is fighting to maintain full guard but Sleeper has managed to sneak the leg through.

Sleeper misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Sleeper closes this distance looking for a takedown but Anderson circles away.
Anderson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Anderson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Sleeper tries to clinch up but Anderson circles away and keeps his distance.

A cross from Sleeper lands.
Anderson throws a low kick but it's checked well by Sleeper.
Good leg kick by Sleeper there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Sleeper throws a right and a left that Anderson avoids nicely.

Anderson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Anderson lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Anderson working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Anderson is looking for a kimura here.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Sleeper pushes Anderson off looking to stand but Anderson dives back in and keeps control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Tyler Sleeper will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the ring so we can get back down to business.



Anderson closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Sleeper did well to prevent Anderson getting side control.
Sleeper is trying to control but can't.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Anderson lands a nice short elbow.
Albert Anderson overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Sleeper tries to close the distance and clinch but Anderson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Sleeper gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Anderson to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Anderson gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

so Anderson counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Anderson is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Sleeper is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Anderson is in close to Sleeper's body, working some short punches and elbows.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Anderson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Anderson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Sleeper will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Sleeper feints and as Anderson raises his hands in defense, Sleeper changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Sleeper must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Anderson is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Sleeper is aware though and is defending well.

Anderson stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.

and Anderson holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Sleeper drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Anderson gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Sleeper keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Anderson's efforts to push away.
Sleeper is looking to break free of the clinch but Anderson has double underhooks.
Anderson is pressed up against the ropes. Sleeper has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Anderson down to the mat. Anderson avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Albert Anderson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tyler Sleeper.

Tyler Sleeper seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A big left from Sleeper misses.
Sleeper displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Anderson.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Anderson crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Sleeper - the referee stops the clock and Anderson gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Sleeper. Anderson manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

and Anderson holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Sleeper lands with a thumping leg kick.
Sleeper throws a shot from downtown. Anderson moves away and avoids it.
Anderson throws a left and a right that both miss
and Sleeper counters with an outside leg kick.

Sleeper throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Anderson was covering up waiting for the punch and Sleeper finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Anderson lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Sleeper!
Sleeper wants to try and get back to his feet.
Anderson blocks Sleeper's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Anderson cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Sleeper is trying to escape the mount.
Anderson is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Sleeper can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Anderson is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Sleeper is surviving well by controlling Anderson's body position as best he can.
Anderson scores with a couple of good head shots there.
A nice elbow there by Anderson.
Sleeper wants to hold on but Anderson pushes him away.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
You get the feeling that Sleeper really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Anderson postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Sleeper looks a forlorn figure.

Albert Anderson showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Anderson has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
