Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bochamp Smathers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yokozuna Hirotoshi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hirotoshi has chosen Yokozuna as his entrance music. Bochamp Smathers has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bochamp Smathers!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Yokozuna Hirotoshi!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Shigeki Fujiwara and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smathers ducks under a wild hook from Hirotoshi.
Smathers looks to land a combination but Hirotoshi avoids it well.
Hirotoshi shoots for a takedown but Smathers saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Smathers throws a nice inside leg kick.
Hirotoshi takes one on the chin but seems OK.
It looks like Yokozuna Hirotoshi has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hirotoshi shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Smathers napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Smathers avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Hirotoshi.
Hirotoshi looks gassed!
Hirotoshi sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Smathers is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Smathers can't do much from the bottom here.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hirotoshi is looking to take a break and control but Smathers is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Hirotoshi has knee on belly momentarily but Smathers bucks him off and regains half guard.
Smathers wants to get back to his feet.
Smathers moves into full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Hirotoshi trying to control the position from guard on top but Smathers is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hirotoshi accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Hirotoshi throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Smathers pulls Hirotoshi in close to prevent any damage.
Smathers wants to stand up but Hirotoshi is controlling him.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Hirotoshi is fighting to break Smathers's control of his arms but Smathers is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Hirotoshi stopping the sweep attempt from Smathers.
Smathers wants to stand up but Hirotoshi is controlling him.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Smathers pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Smathers lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Smathers throws a nice looking combination but Hirotoshi bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Smathers digs a good body shot into Hirotoshi's ribs.
Hirotoshi on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Smathers. Smathers obviously looking to wear him down.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Hirotoshi walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Smathers throws a quick inside leg kick.
Smathers lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bochamp Smathers dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Yokozuna Hirotoshi's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Smathers tries to bum rush Hirotoshi with a series of wild strikes but Hirotoshi uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Smathers throws a front kick aimed at Hirotoshi's knee but Hirotoshi avoids it well.
Hirotoshi checks the leg kick nicely there.
Smathers scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Horrible takedown by Hirotoshi or perhaps it was just good defense by Smathers which made him look bad.
Smathers throws a right hand that Hirotoshi ducks under and follows up with a left that Hirotoshi also avoids with ease.
Smathers throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Good leg kick by Smathers there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Smathers rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hirotoshi moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Smathers misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hirotoshi is breathing heavily.
Smathers lands a left and a right that send Hirotoshi crashing to the mat, dazed. Smathers thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Hirotoshi is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Smathers closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Hirotoshi out cold! Hirotoshi corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:18 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Bochamp Smathers!
