Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bryan Dimaya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jerry Khool (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dimaya scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dimaya is controlling the pace.
Khool is trying to stand.

Dimaya is looking for a kimura here.
Dimaya is taking a breather. Khool says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Dimaya has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Dimaya postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Khool to stand up.

Dimaya gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Khool lands an elbow inside that Dimaya shrugs off.
Khool throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Dimaya working aggressively here.

Khool crunches a lovely knee into Dimaya's ribcage.
Khool gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Dimaya goes for a takedown attempt but Khool pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

and Dimaya counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Khool's guard now.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Khool is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Dimaya is controlling him.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Bryan Dimaya will probably get the nod.

Dimaya forces Khool back against the cage and clinches.
Khool throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Dimaya blocks it with crossed arms.
Khool gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Dimaya.
Khool lands a nice elbow.
Dimaya can't find room to land a body shot as Khool controls the action.

Khool misses with a knee to the head.
Dimaya is trying to break free.
Dimaya throws an elbow but it misses.
A battle for position here, against the cage.

Dimaya takes a knee to the side of the body.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Khool obliges.

Dimaya gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Dimaya's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Dimaya seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Khool for as long as he can get away with.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Dimaya wants to control from the top but Khool keeps moving.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Dimaya slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Dimaya trying to control the position from guard on top but Khool is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Khool is looking to stand up but Dimaya isn't so interested in that idea.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Dimaya stands up from guard. Let's bang!

and Dimaya counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Dimaya.

Dimaya stands and steps away. Khool gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

and Dimaya counters with a shoot takedown. Khool fights it but they end up in guard.
Dimaya stays in close to Khool's body and controls the position.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Bryan Dimaya just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.

And that's the end of the fight!
Bryan Dimaya showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Dimaya, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
