The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Po. No joy for Vlavo on that attempt.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Vlavo crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Po - the referee stops the clock and Vlavo gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Po. Vlavo manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Vlavo jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Po walks away with a smile on his face. Vlavo gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Tsong Po seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
