Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Witt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Stribling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tim Stribling has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stribling looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Stribling won't allow Witt to sweep him here.
Stribling trying to control but Witt is working from the bottom.
Witt wants to sweep but no luck.
Stribling throwing strikes from guard but Witt blocks nicely.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stribling in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Stribling pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Witt is keeping the position for now.
Witt looking for a guillotine here but Stribling defends easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Stribling feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Witt preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Stribling trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Stribling trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Stribling throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Witt working for a triangle but Stribling defends it easily.
Stribling throws a strike but Witt rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Witt stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Stribling swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Stribling keeping moving, preventing Witt from controlling successfully.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Stribling can do anything to dispel that myth.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Witt has managed to clinch.
Stribling turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Stribling manages to end up in side control.
Stribling lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.

Witt is breathing heavily.

Stribling has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Witt's face.
Witt is wriggling around trying to escape.
Stribling lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Witt hang on?

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A big strike lands for Stribling! That's really hurt Witt and he's turned his back - Stribling keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Stribling Jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
