Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Hector Sanches (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Fisher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Luke Fisher has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Hector Sanches's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fisher blocks a head kick by Sanches.
Sanches is trying hard to land a takedown here. Fisher sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Sanches closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Sanches lands in his opponent's guard. Sanches wants to stand but Fisher has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Sanches thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Sanches trying to control but Fisher is working from the bottom. Fisher working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sanches doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sanches manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Fisher looking to hit a scissor sweep but Sanches is one step ahead there. Fisher is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Sanches would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Fisher wants to sweep but no luck.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Sanches trying to control but Fisher is working from the bottom. Fisher controls Sanches momentarily but Sanches frees himself. Sanches trying to control but Fisher is working from the bottom. It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Sanches takes the fight into the clinch.

Fisher trying to control the position from guard on top but Sanches is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Fisher thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Sanches throws his legs up looking for a submission but Fisher uses it to pass to side control.
Fisher is looking to take a break and control but Sanches is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Sanches is trying to control Fisher's posture but Fisher avoids it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Sanches bucks up and tries to throw Fisher off but instead Fisher has got his back! Sanches trying to control the action but Fisher just sinks the hooks in. Sanches is trapped and Fisher is scoring with shots to the head and body. Fisher lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.
Fisher working for a choke but Sanches reverses nicely into Fisher 's guard. Fisher keeping moving, preventing Sanches from controlling successfully. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Fisher trying to strike off his back.

A close round but Luke Fisher will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Fisher swats away the attempt to clinch by Sanches. Sanches swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Nice sprawl there from Sanches as Fisher shoots in. Sanches tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Fisher paws at him with a jab and circles away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fisher shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Sanches pinned against the cage. Sanches gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Fisher avoids the head kick by Sanches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sanches with a lazy takedown attempt and Fisher counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Fisher. Sanches gets underhooks to prevent Fisher's takedown attempt.
Hector Sanches has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Luke Fisher. Sanches tries to stall but Fisher uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Sanches is working for takedown but Fisher is calmly controlling the position for now. Sanches is trying to drag Fisher to the mat but Fisher just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Sanches misses with a punch to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Sanches wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Sanches lands a left hand that snaps the head of Fisher backwards. Fisher has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Sanches clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Fisher doesn't have the hooks in and Sanches manages to turn into his guard.
Sanches is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Fisher is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Fisher has escaped and now he's on top! Fisher trying to control the position from guard on top but Sanches is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Sanches is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Fisher is aware though and is defending well. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. That's three minutes gone in the round. Fisher decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Sanches shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fisher pinned against the cage. Fisher gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Hector Sanches seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fisher shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Sanches decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Fisher's guard. Sanches wants to stand but Fisher has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Sanches drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sanches jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sanches drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Fisher dives on top into guard. Fisher is working Sanches over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Fisher throws a big right hand that misses. Fisher wants to control from the top but Sanches keeps moving. Fisher postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Fisher throwing strikes but missing. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Luke Fisher will probably get the nod - 10:9. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Sanches shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Fisher counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Sanches! Fisher breaks from Sanches's wrist control and lands an elbow. Sanches might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Fisher has control of Sanches's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Sanches regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Fisher is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Sanches is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Sanches flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Fisher anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Sanches and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Fisher slips an arm under Sanches chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Fisher has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Fisher is squeezing on Sanches like an anaconda would it's prey. Sanches fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
