Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jas Fro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fro has chosen Vangelis - Conquest of Paradise as his entrance music. Mike Griffin has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Mike Griffin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Jas Fro! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Sam Margolis and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fro closes this distance looking for a takedown but Griffin circles away. Griffin shoots and misses and Fro counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Griffin is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Fro throws a big right hand that misses. Griffin looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Fro tries to free his leg and advance position but Griffin is retaining full guard. Fro trying to control the position from guard on top but Griffin is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Fro has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Griffin is proving hard to escape from. Fro not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Griffin working for a triangle but Fro defends it easily.
Griffin will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Fro working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Griffin is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Fro pulls his head out easily. Griffin is breathing heavily.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Griffin actively working from the bottom here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fro is looking to advance position but Griffin won't allow it. Fro is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Fro is going olschool here, as he tries to force Griffin to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Griffin shrugs it off. Fro landing strikes from the mount. Griffin regains half guard. Fro missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Fro is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Griffin has managed to free his arm - good work. Griffin is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Fro is tapping! Great win for Griffin!
