Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Aboo Brushaan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Babar Barappas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aboo Brushaan looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Ren Mimura and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brushaan throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Barappas.
Brushaan lands a nice shot to the body.

No joy there for Brushaan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Barappas tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Brushaan darts in trying to clinch
and Barappas counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Barappas.
Barappas fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Brushaan wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Barappas has him pressed against the cage.
Barappas tries to stall but Brushaan uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

and Barappas counters by moving into the clinch.

Barappas jumps guard but Brushaan stands there with Barappas around his waist. Barappas gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Aboo Brushaan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Babar Barappas.
Brushaan creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Brushaan changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Barappas looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Barappas wants to control but Brushaan is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Barappas pulls Brushaan in close to prevent any damage.
Barappas is trying to control the position but Brushaan postures up.
Barappas wants to sweep but no luck.
Brushaan is sitting in close to Barappas's body. Barappas has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Brushaan is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Brushaan is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Barappas.
