The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Destroy wants to clinch.
Smaash Destroy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Destroy tries to clinch but Jobber xXx moves out of range.
Jobber xXx circles away from the clinch attempt.
Destroy doesn't manage to clinch there - Jobber xXx circles away.
Destroy tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Destroy tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jobber xXx swats him away and circles back towards the center.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Destroy lands a left and a right that send Jobber xXx crashing to the mat, dazed. Destroy thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like xXx Jobber xXx has been cut.
Jobber xXx walks straight into a right hand from Destroy - that's dropped him! Destroy jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Jobber xXx from any more punishment! Jobber xXx complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
