Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stisko Amskov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyrus Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Stisko Amskov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tyrus Wilson!
The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Eddie Farnsworth and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Amskov shoots in and drives through. Wilson sprawls well.
Amskov closes this distance looking for a takedown but Wilson circles away.
Wilson throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Amskov's head.


It looks like Stisko Amskov has been cut.
Amskov throws a series of punches but Wilson moves out of range.
Crunch! Wilson slams his shin into Amskov's torso.
Amskov is breathing heavily.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Amskov tries to keep at a distance but Wilson has taken the fight into the clinch.
Amskov being controlled against the cage.
Wilson has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Amskov avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Wilson jumps guard but Amskov stands there with Wilson around his waist. Wilson gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Wilson breaks from the clinch.
Amskov shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Wilson as he jumps to the side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Stisko Amskov. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Amskov throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Amskov avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Amskov fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Wilson shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Amskov is trying to defend but Wilson finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Amskov on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Amskov tries to get out of the position.

Wilson decides to stand and escape the position.

Wilson has closed the distance and engaged Amskov in a clinch.

Wilson ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Wilson no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Amskov has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Wilson is proving hard to escape from.
Wilson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Wilson is looking for a triangle but Amskov pushes his legs off easily.

Wilson has his foot on Amskov's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Amskov works his way back into a safe position though.
Amskov is fighting to break Wilson's control of his arms but Wilson is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Wilson lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Wilson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Amskov swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Wilson shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Wilson was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Amskov takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.

Wilson looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Wilson lands with some strikes.

Amskov trying desperately to get to his feet.
Amskov wants to hold on but Wilson pushes him away.

Amskov defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Wilson.

Wilson looking to secure an arm triangle but Amskov defends it well.

That's time! Amskov's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.



Wilson gets the takedown into side control.
Wilson creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Amskov gets back to half guard.

Wilson is nestled in close to Amskov, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Amskov pushes Wilson off looking to stand but Wilson dives back in and keeps control.

Wilson is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Amskov has managed to free his arm - good work.

Wilson is just content to waste time from the top position. Amskov takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Amskov keeping moving, preventing Wilson from controlling successfully.
Wilson slips nicely into half guard.
Wilson looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Amskov with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Wilson is trying to control. Amskov wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Wilson moves into full mount! Amskov won't be happy about that!

Wilson landing strikes, looking to finish!

Amskov keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Wilson wants to control the pace but Amskov is squirming around nicely.
Wilson might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Amskov kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Despite being in the dominant position, Tyrus Wilson just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Amskov is not content to let Wilson control the position.

Tyrus Wilson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!



Amskov gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Wilson to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Wilson trying to control the position from guard on top but Amskov is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Amskov wants to sweep here but Wilson controlling him for the moment.
Wilson wants to get up but he can't break Amskov's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Amskov scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Wilson throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Amskov.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Amskov on the wrong end of some ground and pound.

Amskov is trying to buck Wilson off.
Wilson is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Amskov's shoulder. That is not cool.
Amskov is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Wilson controlling from side mount.
Wilson tries to move to mount but Amskov blocks the move with his legs.
Wilson works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Wilson staying calm.

Despite being in the dominant position, Tyrus Wilson just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Wilson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Amskov sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Wilson somewhat.
Wilson shoots in for a takedown but Amskov shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Tyrus Wilson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Wilson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
