Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hakan Loob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Rawkus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Tommy Rawkus was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loob rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rawkus moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Loob shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Loob showed some decent athleticism there.
Loob stops Rawkus from getting back to his feet.
Loob escapes and gets back to his feet.
Loob lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
It looks like Tommy Rawkus has been cut.
Rawkus slaps away a takedown attempt from Loob, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Rawkus tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Loob paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Rawkus displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Loob.
Loob looks for a takedown but Rawkus sprawls well.

Rawkus stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Rawkus wants it to stay on the feet.
Loob throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Rawkus is looking to clinch but Loob is avoiding it.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Loob misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Rawkus darts in and clinches Loob up against the cage.

Loob changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Rawkus fights it off and pushes away nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Loob's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Loob fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rawkus avoids it really well and circles away.
Rawkus moves in looking to clinch but Loob pushes him off.
Loob looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Loob shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Rawkus tries to kick Loob off but Loob keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Loob is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Rawkus is just riding it out for now. Loob eventually gives up the hold.
Rawkus has one foot on Loob's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

Loob will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Loob dives in and grabs Rawkus's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rawkus pushes down on Loob's head and hops out.
Rawkus takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Loob swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Loob looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Loob loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Rawkus scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Loob land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Loob stands and salutes the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:27 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hakan Loob!
