Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rilley Ribbler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikey Proctor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ribbler comes to the cage accompanied by eye of the tiger. Proctor has chosen A-YO as his entrance music. Rilley Ribbler had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rilley Ribbler!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mikey Proctor!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Proctor keeps the fight on the outside.
Proctor throws an overhand right that lands on Ribbler's shoulder, as Ribbler tries to avoid the shot.
Proctor with a body punch. A glancing blow.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ribbler is defended easily by Proctor.
Proctor changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ribbler tries to avoid it but Proctor manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ribbler to the ground. Ribbler escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Ribbler moves out of range as Proctor strikes.
Mikey Proctor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Proctor shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Proctor postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Ribbler is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Proctor, into his guard.

Proctor has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ribbler can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Ribbler gets to his feet - Proctor follows without any prompting.

Ribbler rushes Proctor and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Ribbler got a little sloppy there for a moment and Proctor has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ribbler has managed to get both his arms back between Proctor's legs - danger averted.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Ribbler, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
