Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ginchin Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mirko Cro Cop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Machida might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to in bloom. Cro Cop is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: love hurts. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Mirko Cro Cop was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Cro Cop or perhaps it was just good defense by Machida which made him look bad.
Cro Cop drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Machida looking to hit a scissor sweep but Cro Cop is one step ahead there.
Cro Cop wants to control from the top but Machida keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Machida is looking for a triangle but Cro Cop pushes his legs off easily.
Machida is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Cro Cop rolls with it to try and escape but Machida cranks on the arm and Cro Cop is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
