Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bronson Sheffield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Blaze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Sheffield might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to lil wayne - we be steady mobbin. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bronson Sheffield!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jake Blaze!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Bruno Lombardi and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sheffield works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Sheffield keeps the fight on the outside.
Blaze shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Sheffield pinned against the cage. Sheffield gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Blaze throws a sloppy head kick and Sheffield moves out of range easily.
Sheffield avoids a punch combination nicely.
A combination from Sheffield does no damage.
Blaze swings for the body but Sheffield moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Blaze lands a head kick. Sheffield smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
It looks like Bronson Sheffield has been cut.
Sheffield will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Sheffield takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Blaze fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Sheffield, pushing him back against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sheffield working hard to break the clinch.
Blaze goes for a takedown attempt but Sheffield pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Blaze looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Bronson Sheffield has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jake Blaze.
Blaze throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Blaze feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Sheffield's calf.
Blaze throws a right and a left that both miss.
Blaze tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Blaze tries to close the distance and clinch but Sheffield swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Sheffield shoots in for a takedown but Blaze shows good takedown defense.
Sheffield misses with a two punch combination.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Blaze fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Jake Blaze seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sheffield lands a big head kick that sends Blaze tumbling to the mat! Sheffield takes a step backwards and waves Blaze back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Blaze is rocked!
It looks like Jake Blaze has been cut.
A nice inside leg kick there by Sheffield. That's going to slow Blaze down.
Blaze is still on wobbly legs! Can Sheffield finish him?
Blaze looks gassed!
Sheffield connects with a superb combination that knocks Blaze out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Sheffield before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Blaze!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Bronson Sheffield!
