Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alan Blaver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darth Fedor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blaver comes to the cage accompanied by AC/DC's Hells Bells. Alan Blaver has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, David Schapiro and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blaver throws a hook but Fedor blocks it.
Blaver lands a jab-cross combination.
A slapping leg kick lands for Blaver.
Blaver fails in his attempt to clinch.
Fedor shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Blaver sprawls well. Blaver wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Fedor gets slowly back to his feet.
Blaver lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Blaver throws a looping overhand right but Fedor ducks down to avoid it.
Fedor uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Blaver.
Fedor tries to clinch up but Blaver circles away and keeps his distance.

Fedor tries to bum rush Blaver with a series of wild strikes but Blaver uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Fedor shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Blaver defends it nicely.

Fedor lands a glancing blow to the side of Blaver's head.
Fedor shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Blaver's guard.

Fedor drops back, looking for a kneebar! Blaver looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Blaver looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Blaver!

Fedor is looking for a sweep.
Blaver decides to stand back up. Blaver steps back and let's Fedor get back to his feet.
Fedor attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Fedor closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Blaver did well to prevent Fedor getting side control.

Blaver is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Fedor's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Fedor's back!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fedor is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Blaver still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Blaver has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Fedor lands a jab-cross combination.
Fedor misses with a double jab.
Blaver connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Fedor's hands.
Blaver tries a head kick but it misses.
Fedor throws out a loose jab but Blaver uses good head movement to avoid it.
Fedor shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Blaver counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Blaver.
Fedor tries to pull guard but Blaver holds him up against the cage and eventually Fedor drops back down to his feet.
Darth Fedor has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Fedor is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Blaver gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Blaver, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
