Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matt Marchetti (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luck Chidell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marchetti comes to the cage accompanied by Slipknot - Only One. On his way into the cage it seems that Matt Marchetti has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Matt Marchetti seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Matt Marchetti! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Luck Chidell! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Marchetti fails to land the takedown. Chidell looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Marchetti throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Chidell stuffs the takedown attempt from Marchetti. Marchetti gets slowly back to his feet. Marchetti fails to land the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Matt Marchetti. That's going to take a lot out of him. Marchetti closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Marchetti is looking for a kimura here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Marchetti seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chidell is refusing to be controlled, as Marchetti sits in half guard. Marchetti passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Chidell! The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Marchetti avoids the attempt from Chidell to control. Chidell is in all sorts of trouble here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Marchetti sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Marchetti lands a big elbow. Marchetti lands a big elbow. Chidell has given up his back here.

Chidell tries to escape but Marchetti has the hooks in and won't let him break free. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Chidell tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Marchetti tries to bum rush Chidell with a series of wild strikes but Chidell uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Marchetti shoots in but no luck this time. Marchetti fails with the takedown. Chidell dodges the punch combination from Marchetti.

Marchetti wants to control but Chidell is keeping him busy. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Chidell can't do much from the bottom here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Marchetti is working for a guillotine from mount but Chidell frees his head quite easily.
Marchetti get's back to his feet. Marchetti shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Marchetti showed some decent athleticism there. Marchetti postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Chidell to stand up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Marchetti shoots in but Chidell avoids the takedown attempt easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Matt Marchetti. That's going to take a lot out of him. Marchetti misses with a takedown attempt - Chidell sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Marchetti showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Chidell.

He's got his arms around Chidell's waist but Chidell gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Marchetti off to one side. Chidell throws a sloppy head kick and Marchetti counters with a head kick. Marchetti shoots in but Chidell avoids the takedown attempt easily. Chidell connects with the punch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Nice takedown defense from Chidell. No joy for Marchetti on that attempt. Chidell tries to clinch up but Marchetti circles away and keeps his distance. Marchetti throws a head kick that half lands.
Marchetti scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Chidell taking a bit of punishment here - Marchetti scoring with strikes. Marchetti in side control, just content to control the action for now. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Chidell tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Marchetti wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Matt Marchetti dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
A punch lands to the side of Chidell 's head but he takes it in his stride. Chidell looks to land a body kick but Marchetti moved away. Chidell tries to clinch there but Marchetti circles away.

Marchetti throws a sloppy head kick and Chidell moves out of range easily. Chidell tries to clinch but Marchetti moves away and Marchetti counters with a head kick. Marchetti tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Chidell swivels and escapes. A head kick misses from Marchetti. Chidell stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Matt Marchetti. That's going to take a lot out of him. Marchetti moves out of range as Chidell throws a body kick.
