Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rich Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ian Dolan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rich Tyson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ian Dolan! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, John Mangel and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch combination from Tyson misses. Tyson takes a swing at Dolan's ribcage but misses. Dolan avoids the head kick by Tyson.
Dolan takes a kick to the side of the head.
It looks like Ian Dolan has been cut. Dolan takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Dolan. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Dolan decides to take the fight back to the feet. Tyson misses with a double jab.
Dolan moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Dolan avoids the head kick by Tyson.
Rich Tyson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tyson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Dolan darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Dolan takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dolan tries to pass the half guard into mount. Tyson knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Tyson tries to kick Dolan off but Dolan keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Tyson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Tyson trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Tyson is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Dolan wants to stand up but Tyson is controlling the position.
Dolan is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Tyson reverses the position - he's now on top in Dolan's guard. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Tyson forces his way into half guard. Tyson thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Dolan striking from half guard on the bottom. Dolan wants to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tyson moves into full mount! Dolan won't be happy about that! Dolan really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Tyson looking to ground and pound but Dolan is blocking nicely. Dolan avoids a series of strikes thrown by Tyson.
Dolan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tyson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Dolan is looking to improve his position but Tyson isn't that keen on the idea. Tyson looking to ground and pound but Dolan is blocking nicely. Dolan is trying desperately to improve position. Tyson throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Tyson misses with a head shot. Dolan is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Tyson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Tyson throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Dolan is looking to get to half guard. Dolan tries to lock up and control but Tyson gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Dolan tries to reverse the position but Tyson maintains control. Tyson breaks from Dolan's wrist control and lands an elbow. Tyson scores with a couple of good head shots there.
BOOM! Tyson connects with a massive shot to the dome!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Tyson unloads with some shots from mount but Dolan bucks and avoids them well.

Dolan is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rich Tyson dominated that round. The cut man is working on Ian Dolan's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Dolan looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Tyson is trying to stand back up but Dolan is controlling him
Dolan decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Tyson throws a sloppy head kick and Dolan moves out of range easily. Dolan gets in close and instigates a clinch. Dolan is trying to break free. Tyson prevents Dolan from breaking the clinch. Dolan tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Tyson just stands there and leans against the cage. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tyson has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Dolan has Tyson pushed against the cage. Tyson prevents the takedown attempt.
Dolan drops down looking for an ankle pick but Tyson pulls his leg out and moves away.
Rich Tyson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ian Dolan. Dolan avoids a punch combination nicely.
Tyson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Dolan shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Tyson but Tyson pushes him off and we're back to square one. Rich Tyson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Dolan forces Tyson back against the cage and clinches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Dolan looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. A head punch on the inside from Dolan fails to land. Tyson keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Dolan's efforts to push away. Dolan keeps control of Tyson as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Dolan tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Tyson just stands there and leans against the cage. Dolan jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Tyson walks away with a smile on his face. Dolan gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. A head kick misses from Tyson. Dolan shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Tyson defends it nicely. Dolan tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Tyson swivels and escapes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dolan ducks right into an uppercut from Tyson. Dolan has Tyson up against the cage in a clinch.
Tyson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Tyson changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Dolan fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Tyson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Dolan has managed to clinch.
Dolan wants a takedown.
Dolan has Tyson pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Tyson manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Dolan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Dolan moves out of range of the leg kick from Tyson. Dolan has closed the distance and engaged Tyson in a clinch.

A frustrated look appears on Dolan's face as he tries to break the clinch. Dolan jumps guard but Tyson stands there with Dolan around his waist. Dolan gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Dolan takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ian Dolan showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Ian Dolan's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Tyson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Dolan scores with a takedown into Tyson's guard. Dolan wants to control from the top but Tyson keeps moving. Dolan would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dolan seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Tyson keeping moving, preventing Dolan from controlling successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Dolan trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Dolan is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Tyson keeping moving, preventing Dolan from controlling successfully. Tyson wants to stand but Dolan is controlling the position.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Dolan shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Tyson sprawls well. Tyson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dolan gets slowly back to his feet. Tyson misses with a two punch combination.
Tyson throws a series of punches but Dolan avoids them all with ease. Dolan scores a takedown into full mount! Tyson's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dolan moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Tyson has worked his arm free - good work by Tyson!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dolan tries to advance to mount but can't.
And that's the end of the fight! Ian Dolan comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Dolan has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
