Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Scottie Higashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Booger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Scottie Higashi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Chris Booger! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shigeki Sano and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Higashi shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Booger sprawls well. Booger wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Higashi gets slowly back to his feet. Booger fails with a takedown attempt. Higashi tries to clinch but Booger moves out of range. Scottie Higashi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Booger keeps the fight on the outside. Higashi wants to clinch. Booger changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Higashi looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Higashi wants to control but Booger postures up. Booger is trying to get an arm triangle but Higashi is defending well. Higashi is looking to reverse the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Higashi's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Booger decides to stand up, so the ref orders Higashi to his feet. Higashi connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Booger momentarily.
A head kick misses from Higashi. Higashi misses with a takedown attempt and Booger counters with a nice double leg into side control. Higashi won't be happy with that. Higashi is being controlled here. Booger tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Booger has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Booger is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Higashi knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Booger tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Higashi struggling a bit here. Booger wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Higashi, who protects the arm well. Booger trying to control the position but Higashi is working away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Higashi is trying to improve his position. Booger has an Americana. Higashi didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Booger is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Booger hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
