Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Graf Orlak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Muhamad Alli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Graf Orlak! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Muhamad Alli! The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Viktor Lagutenko and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Orlak will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Orlak wants to clinch. Alli keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Orlak. Orlak defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Alli. Alli throws a hook but Orlak blocks it. Graf Orlak seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Orlak throws a hook but Alli avoids it easily. Orlak sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Orlak tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Alli feints and then cracks Orlak's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Orlak down. Alli is looking to clinch. Orlak throws a series of punches but Alli avoids them all with ease. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Alli, right into the meat.
A punch combination from Orlak misses. Alli works over Orlak's head and body with a nice combination. Alli fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Orlak looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Orlak throws a hook but Alli blocks it. Alli closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Orlak to the mat! Orlak manages to get full guard. Alli wants to pass the guard but Orlak is keeping the position. Alli advances position into side control!

Alli is looking to take a break and control but Orlak is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Orlak knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Alli misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Orlak is not content to let Alli control the position. Alli throws an elbow but Orlak slips to the side and avoids it well. Alli in side control, throwing shots but Orlak defends. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Alli working away. Orlak prevents Alli from improving position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Orlak tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Alli connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Muhamad Alli dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Orlak takes a shot right to the bread basket. Alli shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Alli passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Orlak! Orlak avoids a series of strikes thrown by Alli.

Alli thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Alli throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Orlak because Alli loaded up on that one. Alli is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Orlak has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Orlak!
That's one minute gone in the round. Alli is striking but Orlak is not phased and passes to half guard. Alli has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Orlak is working away from the top position though. Alli wants to get back to full guard. Alli is pressing down on Orlak's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Alli looking for a sweep. Not yet Alli, not yet. Orlak trying to control the position from guard on top but Alli is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Orlak stopping the sweep attempt from Alli. Orlak has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Alli shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Orlak keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Alli is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Alli tries to pass to full mount but Orlak defends it. Orlak is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Alli trying to mount his opponent but Orlak defends it. Alli is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Alli thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Orlak to regain full guard.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Alli blocks a jab. Orlak tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Alli paws at him with a jab and circles away. Alli tries to clinch up. Orlak looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Orlak steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Alli. Orlak throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Alli bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Alli is working to tighten is grip on Orlak's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Orlak has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Alli is really squeezing tight and eventually Orlak passes out! Alli breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
