Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Evan Sellari! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, renato vladistic! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Tiny Johnson and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! vladistic changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sellari looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. vladistic tries to move to full mount but Sellari actually manages to regain half guard. vladistic is working for a submission of some sort.
vladistic wants to work for an arm triangle but Sellari is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
vladistic is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Sellari still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Sellari has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sellari trying to control the position but vladistic is working away. Sellari tries to stand but vladistic is controlling his head.
That's one minute gone in the round. vladistic tries to get back to half guard but can't. vladistic manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! vladistic looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. vladistic is working for a submission of some sort.
Sellari is breathing heavily. vladistic is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
That's two minutes gone in the round. vladistic is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Sellari is defending against the submission attempts here by vladistic.
vladistic is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Sellari is just riding it out for now. vladistic eventually gives up the hold.

vladistic is working for a kimura here but Sellari manages to reverse the position and he's now in vladistic's guard.
Sellari got a little sloppy there for a moment and vladistic has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Sellari has managed to get both his arms back between vladistic's legs - danger averted. vladistic looking for a guillotine here but Sellari defends easily.

Sellari is stalling in the full guard. Sellari trying to control but vladistic is working from the bottom. vladistic pushes a forearm under Sellari's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Sellari is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
