Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Raphael La Vina (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). La Vina comes to the cage accompanied by Black Hole Sun . The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Emerson Jorge and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
La Vina shoots in for a double leg but Williams sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Williams keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Good leg kick by Williams there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
La Vina shoots in looking for a takedown. Williams tries to sprawl out of it but La Vina keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Williams manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Raphael La Vina. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A slapping body kick lands there for Williams.
La Vina is breathing heavily.
Williams misses with a two punch combination.
No joy there for Williams, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
La Vina shoots in but Williams avoids the takedown attempt easily.
La Vina shoots in for a takedown but Williams shows good takedown defense.
Williams moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for La Vina. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Williams lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. La Vina is looking to close the distance but Williams sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! La Vina crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope La Vina is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
