Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jonny Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aljo Stajerski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boy comes into the arena with Johnny Boy - It's Johnny Boy blaring out of the sound system. Stajerski has chosen ACAB as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boy keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Stajerski swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Stajerski bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Boy's head.
Stajerski has a takedown stuffed.
Stajerski is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Boy.
Boy tries to clinch but Stajerski is having none of it.
Boy is trying hard to land a takedown here. Stajerski sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Boy throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Stajerski stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

The fight stays on the outside here - Boy looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

It looks like Aljo Stajerski has been cut.
Boy fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Stajerski.
Boy bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Boy lands with a kick to the temple. Stajerski shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Boy throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Boy lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Stajerski circles away quickly and effectively.

Boy closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Boy fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Stajerski sprawls well initially but Boy persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Boy sneaks out the side door and pushes Stajerski away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Boy here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.
