Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Daniel Bishop and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
maynard staying out of range there.
Williams has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Williams there as he acknowledges the shot.
maynard shoots for a takedown but Williams saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Williams with a body punch. A glancing blow.
maynard ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
maynard rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Williams moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
maynard keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
maynard moves forwards but Williams connects with a nice, crisp jab.
It looks like mathew maynard has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Williams changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Williams fakes high and swings low for a body shot but maynard manages to avoid it.
maynard throws a jab when Williams was well out of range.
Williams throws a hook to the side of maynard's head but maynard sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Williams looks to score with a jab to the body but maynard is just out of range.

maynard misses with a hook to the body
and Williams counters with a stiff right hand.
maynard shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Williams as he avoids it easily.
maynard is breathing heavily.
maynard jabbing away but nothing is landing.

A big left from Williams misses.
maynard swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Williams counters with a nice uppercut.
Williams lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. maynard is looking to close the distance but Williams sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! maynard crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope maynard is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
