Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Alf Histon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rob MacGregor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Rob MacGregor enters the cage!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Paul Tew and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Histon fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Histon drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
MacGregor is trying to control the position from the bottom.
MacGregor looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
MacGregor throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
Histon is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Histon drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Histon jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
MacGregor lands a couple of decent looking body shots there.
MacGregor is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Histon trying to control the position from guard on top but MacGregor is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Histon has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing MacGregor to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Histon is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - MacGregor pulls down on the head and he's put Histon to sleep! This one is all over!
