Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dave Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Glen Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Atkins and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith has a takedown stuffed.
Lee misses with a leg kick.
Smith throws a right and a left that Lee avoids nicely.
Lee throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Lee takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Horrible takedown by Smith or perhaps it was just good defense by Lee which made him look bad.
Smith shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lee but Lee pushes him off and we're back to square one.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

That was a close second round but I would say that Dave Smith will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Smith throws a combination. Lee tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

It looks like Glen Lee has been cut.
Smith moves into range and clinches up with Lee.

Lee drops down looking for an ankle pick but Smith pulls his leg out and moves away.

Lee takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Smith pulls out of a head kick attempt.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
