Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between DeAngelo Dunlop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rolando Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Rolando Gracie was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rolando Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Steve Montenegro and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Dunlop.
Dunlop bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Gracie's head.
It looks like Rolando Gracie has been cut.
A telegraphed right hand from Gracie misses the target.
Gracie just misses with a punch to the body.
Dunlop looks to score with a jab to the body but Gracie is just out of range.
Gracie misses with a hook.
Gracie tries to clinch there but Dunlop circles away.
Dunlop keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Gracie avoids the body shot from Dunlop.
Dunlop cracks the inside of Gracie's front leg.
Gracie ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dunlop moves away.
Gracie throws a body punch but Dunlop moves out of range.
Dunlop uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gracie.
Dunlop bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Dunlop lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Dunlop connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gracie moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Gracie misses with a hook to the body
and Dunlop counters with a straight right hand.
Gracie is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dunlop cracks Gracie with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Gracie tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Dunlop pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Gracie is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:07 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). DeAngelo Dunlop!
