The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Teyeng Jr tries for a takedown but Jose sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Jose shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Teyeng Jr's guard.
Teyeng Jr wants to stand but Jose is controlling the position.
Teyeng Jr is breathing heavily.
Jose must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
