Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ned Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anderson Silva told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ned Gracie! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Anderson Silva! The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Leandro Rodrigues and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silva tries to clinch up but Gracie circles away and keeps his distance. Silva tries to clinch but Gracie moves out of range. Silva tries to clinch up. The fight stays on the outside here - Silva looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Silva fails with an attempt to clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gracie keeps the fight on the outside. Gracie throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Silva's waist but Silva gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gracie off to one side.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gracie shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Silva as he avoids it easily. Silva displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Gracie. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ned Gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gracie fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Gracie tries to score a power double leg takedown but Silva sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Gracie somewhat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Gracie. Gracie tries for a takedown but Silva sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Silva tries to clinch but Gracie is having none of it.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Silva is looking to clinch but Gracie is avoiding it.
Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gracie paws at him with a jab and circles away. Horrible takedown by Gracie or perhaps it was just good defense by Silva which made him look bad. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Anderson Silva showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Ned Gracie's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. And we move into the final round!

Gracie jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Silva walks away with a smile on his face. Gracie gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Anderson Silva is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Gracie paws at him with a jab and circles away. Gracie tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Silva swivels and escapes.
And that's the end of the fight! Anderson Silva comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Silva winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
