Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Richard Kuklinski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christian Striker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Striker's choice of entrance music: Rising Force. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Christian Striker enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuklinski moves into the clinch.
Kuklinski using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Striker has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Kuklinski is trying to break the clinch but Striker is controlling him.

Striker takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.

Crunch! Kuklinski slams his shin into Striker's torso.
Striker decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Striker is trying to control the action in half guard but Kuklinski is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
The fighters are battling for position here. Kuklinski manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
Strikeris looking to pass into half guard but Kuklinski pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Kuklinski is in guard.
Kuklinski drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Striker manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Kuklinski has Striker in his guard.
Kuklinski has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Striker can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kuklinski escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Striker gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Kuklinski bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kuklinski accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Kuklinski has gone for a leg lock! Striker slips out almost immediately though and dives into Kuklinski's guard.

Kuklinski slaps away a takedown attempt from Striker, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Kuklinski had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Striker is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Kuklinski Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Striker's back instead.
Kuklinski is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Striker knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Striker for a finish.

Striker tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kuklinski swivels and escapes.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Kuklinski lands a big head kick that sends Striker tumbling to the mat! Kuklinski takes a step backwards and waves Striker back to his feet - he wants the finish!
That has opened up Christian Striker's cut even more.
This has been an exciting period of action!
