Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thiago Souza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bronn Blackwater (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Souza might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Here Comes the Boom-DMX, Sean Paul. Blackwater has chosen For Whom the Bell Tolls as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Leandro Rodrigues and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blackwater stuffs the takedown.
Souza takes the fight into the clinch.
Blackwater is trying to break free.
Blackwater manages to break the clinch.
Blackwater lands a nice shot to the body.
Blackwater tries to bum rush Souza with a series of wild strikes but Souza uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Souza fails to land the takedown.
Blackwater shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Blackwater was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Souza is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Blackwater tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment.
Blackwater really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Souza. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they both work up against the meshing.
Souza is breathing heavily.

Blackwater landing shots from mount.
It looks like Thiago Souza has been cut.
Souza is looking to improve his position but Blackwater isn't that keen on the idea.
Blackwater tries to control but Souza wriggling away.
Souza tries to reverse the position but Blackwater maintains control.

Blackwater is standing up, even though he is in mount.
Souza shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Blackwater scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Blackwater misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Souza has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Blackwater doesn't defend quickly enough and Souza has managed to lock this one up! Can Blackwater escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Souza on a fantastic submission victory.
