The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws a series of strikes that have Savage backpedaling.
Silva throws a nice looking combination but Savage bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Silva will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Savage tries for a takedown but Silva sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Savage avoids a punch combination nicely.
Savage scores with a takedown into Silva's guard.
Savage trying to control the position from guard on top but Silva is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Silva has a closed guard, preventing Savage from standing up.
Silva wants to sweep but no luck.

Savage fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Silva tries to bum rush Savage with a series of wild strikes but Savage uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Savage closes the distance and pushes Silva back into the cage.
Savage changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Silva fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Jones Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kratos Savage.

Savage shoots in looking for a takedown. Silva tries to sprawl out of it but Savage keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Silva manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Silva moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Savage is rocked!
Silva throws an overhand right that has Savage reeling! Silva follows up with more punches and Savage is out cold! This one is all over!
