Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Vladimir Khabensky and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
OMalley shoots in and drives through. Nasty sprawls well.
Nasty keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
OMalley gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Nasty pushes OMalley back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
OMalley has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Nasty regains guard immediately.
Nasty thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Nasty looking for a guillotine here but OMalley defends easily.
Nasty is looking for a triangle but OMalley pushes his legs off easily.
Nasty has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but OMalley can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
OMalley throws a big right hand that misses.

OMalley slips nicely into half guard.
OMalley throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Nasty won't allow OMalley to pass to mount.
Nasty is trying to stand back up but OMalley is controlling him
Nasty looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
OMalley tries to stand and escape but Nasty is controlling the position.
OMalley is trying to control. Nasty wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Nasty throws a head kick but OMalley moves out of range.
Nasty is breathing heavily.
OMalley feints and as Nasty raises his hands in defense, OMalley changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Nasty is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
OMalley stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nasty swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Nasty really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Nasty has control of OMalley's left arm, preventing OMalley from doing any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
OMalley lands a couple of digs.
Nasty working for a triangle but OMalley defends it easily.

OMalley wants to take a breather but Nasty is having none of it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

OMalley seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Nasty does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
OMalley tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Nasty paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Nasty misses with a takedown attempt
and OMalley counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
OMalley trying to stand up but can't free himself from Nasty's guard.
OMalley tries to free his leg and advance position but Nasty is retaining full guard.
Nasty is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
OMalley wants to control from the top but Nasty keeps moving.
OMalley is looking to stand up but Nasty won't let him.

OMalley tries to clinch but Nasty is having none of it.
Nasty tries to close the distance and clinch up but OMalley swats him away and circles back towards the center.

OMalley goes for a takedown attempt but Nasty pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Jack Nasty seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nasty tries to clinch but OMalley is having none of it.
Nasty keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nasty gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and OMalley counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Nasty's guard now.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
OMalley stands and steps away. Nasty gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Nasty rushes OMalley and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
OMalley is trying to maintain a safe position but Nasty gets an underhook and turns OMalley into the cage.
OMalley jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Nasty walks away with a smile on his face. OMalley gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Jack Nasty has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michael OMalley.
OMalley shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Nasty counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Nasty is looking to take a break and control but OMalley is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
OMalley wants to get back to full guard.
Nasty thows a huge punch but OMalley dodges it nicely.
Nasty is just content to waste time from the top position. OMalley takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Nasty is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! OMalley is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! OMalley has escaped and now he's on top!
Nasty controls OMalley momentarily but OMalley frees himself.

Nasty looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Nasty working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. OMalley doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. OMalley manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
OMalley trying to control the position from guard on top but Nasty is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Nasty misses with a low kick.
OMalley throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

and Nasty counters with a head kick. That will keep OMalley thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Nasty has his foot on OMalley's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. OMalley works his way back into a safe position though.

Nasty looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! OMalley has picked Nasty up and slammed him! Nasty can't keep hold of the triangle and OMalley manages to pass to side control!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
OMalley wants to control but Nasty is keeping him busy.

Michael OMalley showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. And we move into the final round!

Nasty has his takedown stuffed
and OMalley counters with a takedown into side control.
OMalley wants to lay and pray for a moment but Nasty keeps working.
Nasty takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Nasty sneaks out the side door and pushes OMalley away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Jack Nasty is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Nasty gets cracked there but stands up to it.
OMalley works over Nasty's head and body with a nice combination.

OMalley feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

OMalley is fighting off a takedown attempt but Nasty is just too persistent for him and manages to trip OMalley to the mat. OMalley regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
