Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Myron Sores (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Long Dong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Myron Sores!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Long Dong!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dong is looking to clinch but Sores is avoiding it.

Sores shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Dong is trying to defend but Sores finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Sores is thwarting Dong's attempts to control the position.

Sores decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Dong tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sores swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Sores takes the fight into the clinch.
Dong is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
A frustrated look appears on Sores's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Still in the clinch, Sores scores with a nice short uppercut.
Sores tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Dong just stands there and leans against the cage.

Dong pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Sores fails to land the takedown.

Sores looking for a takedown here - he's got it.

Dong is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Sores stops Dong from standing up.
Sores trying to control but Dong is working from the bottom.
Sores pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Dong is keeping the position for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sores is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Dong is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Dong has escaped and now he's on top!

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Sores is working an open guard so Dong takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Dong tries to clinch there but Sores circles away.
Dong tries to clinch up but Sores circles away and keeps his distance.
A head kick misses from Sores.
Dong avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Dong tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and Sores counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Sores is breathing heavily.
Sores is trying to control. Dong wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Sores controlling the action here.
Dong won't allow Sores to pass to mount.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Dong missing with punches from the bottom.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Sores with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Dong tries to roll over but Sores keeps him under control.
Dong is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Sores is trying to control the action in half guard but Dong is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
No luck for Dong with that takedown attempt.

Sores shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Sores is trying to control. Dong wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Dong is looking to escape.
Sores trying to control the action but Dong is working from the bottom.
Sores stops Dong from getting back to his feet.
Sores working over Dong with some ground and pound. Dong looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Dong is trying to escape back to his feet but Sores uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Dong takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

Sores looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Dong closes the distance looking to clinch
and Sores counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Dong is lucky that one didn't land flush.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Myron Sores dominated that round.

Dong leaves Sores with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Sores scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Dong controlling the position well.
Dong scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Sores manages to mount him!
Sores pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Dong tries to hold on but Sores pushes him away.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Sores cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Sores tries to control but Dong wriggling away.
Dong really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Sores working away from the top, dropping strikes.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Sores cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Dong is desperately trying to improve his position but Sores has a good base and remains in mount.
A nice elbow there by Sores.
Dong wants to hold on but Sores pushes him away.
Dong is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.

Sores looking to secure an arm triangle but Dong defends it well.
Dong keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Sores looking to control but Dong is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Sores is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Dong is forced to tap! Great finish!
