Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Tames (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Murdoch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tames comes to the cage accompanied by "The Distance" by Cake. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Bobby Murdoch was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, William Gold and Chris Edwards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tames scores with a nice right hand.
Murdoch throws a hook to the side of Tames's head but Tames sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Tames throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Tames lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

It looks like Bobby Murdoch has been cut.
Left hook, right uppercut from Tames.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tames connects with a good right hand that stumbles Murdoch. Murdoch circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Murdoch rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tames moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Tames slips under a jab.
Tames tries to work over Murdoch's front leg with a kick but Murdoch checks it.
Tames scores with a sloppy right hand. Murdoch should have avoided that one.

That has opened up Bobby Murdoch's cut even more.
Tames misses with a double jab.
Murdoch attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Murdoch throws a body punch but Tames moves out of range.
Murdoch throws a shot from downtown. Tames moves away and avoids it.
Murdoch takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Murdoch swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Murdoch takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Murdoch looks gassed!
Murdoch throws a solid leg kick but Tames takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Murdoch.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Tames - that will leave a mark!
Murdoch showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Tames.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Tames connects with a looping right hand.
Murdoch with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Tames to score with a decent uppercut.

The cut above Bobby Murdoch's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Murdoch takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Tames throws a one two combo.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Tames has taken the fight to the clinch.
Tames stalling the fight.

Tames breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Murdoch misses with a body shot
and Tames cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Bobby Murdoch's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Bobby Murdoch's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
