The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mendoza throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mendoza is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Wandrei.
Mendoza misses the jab.
A thudding body kick lands there by Mendoza!
Wandrei on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
It looks like August Wandrei has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Wandrei shoots in but no luck this time.
Mendoza connects with a single shot there.
Mendoza lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Wandrei at a distance.
Wandrei is breathing heavily.
Mendoza throws an uppercut from hell that sends Wandrei clean off his feet! He's out cold! Mendoza stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
