Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jim Wallhead (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vitor Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jim Wallhead! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Vitor Silva! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Colin Fotheringham and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Silva closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Wallhead did well to prevent Silva getting side control. Silva is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Wallhead has managed to free his arm - good work. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Well, if Silva is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Wallhead gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Silva moves into the clinch. Wallhead tries to pull guard but Silva holds him up against the cage and eventually Wallhead drops back down to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Wallhead is pushing down on Silva's leg trying to pass to half guard. Silva is fighting to maintain full guard but Wallhead has managed to sneak the leg through. Wallhead is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Wallhead is breathing heavily. Wallhead is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Silva has closed the distance and engaged Wallhead in a clinch.

Wallhead is pushing down on Silva's leg trying to pass to half guard. Silva is fighting to maintain full guard but Wallhead has managed to sneak the leg through.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wallhead wants to work for an arm triangle but Silva is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Silva is trying to get back to full guard. Wallhead is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Silva defends it well. Silva actively working from the bottom here. Silva is looking for a sweep. Wallhead is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Wallhead is working for a kimura but Silva is defending it quite comfortably.

Wallhead with a poor takedown and Silva counters with a nice double leg into side control. Wallhead won't be happy with that. Wallhead is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Silva's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Silva stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Silva looks to throw a body kick and Wallhead counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Silva's guard now. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Wallhead has gone for a leg lock! Silva slips out almost immediately though and dives into Wallhead's guard. Silva is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Wallhead had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Silva is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Wallhead Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Silva's back instead. Jim Wallhead overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Wallhead working for the choke. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wallhead is looking for a choke. Silva gets to his feet with his opponent on his back and slams him to the mat. Silva manages to squirm out of the attempted choke and turns into his opponent's guard. Wallhead is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Silva wants to stand but Wallhead is controlling his posture from full guard. Wallhead is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Silva is aware though and is defending well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Wallhead keeping full guard, as Silva tries to pass. Silva pushes down on Wallhead's leg and manages to get into half guard. Silva trying to control the action but Wallhead is working from the bottom. Wallhead looking for submissions off his back. Silva works his way into full mount! Silva really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wallhead. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Wallhead can't escape the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wallhead is squirming around, avoiding Silva's attempts to control the action. Silva prevents Wallhead from getting the reversal. Silva lands with some strikes. Wallhead is looking to improve his position but Silva isn't that keen on the idea. Silva landing punches. Wallhead is looking to get to half guard. Silva takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Silva stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. Silva closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Wallhead did well to prevent Silva getting side control. Wallhead is trying to get back to full guard. Silva is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Silva is pressing down on Wallhead's thigh, looking to free his foot. Wallhead is holding on for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vitor Silva showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Wallhead's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Both fighters are breathing heavily. Wallhead keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silva controlling the position easily from mount. Wallhead wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Silva struggling to keep hold of the position.
Silva doesn't have the hooks in and Wallhead manages to turn into his guard.
Wallhead postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Silva is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Wallhead, into his guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Silva thows a big elbow that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Silva trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Silva trying to control the position from guard on top but Wallhead is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Wallhead working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Silva doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Silva manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Silva avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Wallhead looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wallhead keeping moving, preventing Silva from controlling successfully. Silva is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Wallhead has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Silva is looking to defend but Wallhead has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Silva! Wallhead pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Silva taps out and this one is all over!
