Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jason Cazz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Moore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Cazz might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to "Bloodline" by Slayer. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jason Cazz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jeff Moore!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Albert Achterberg and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cazz misses with an uppercut.

Cazz decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Moore is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Cazz connects with a nice short shot to Moore's temple.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Moore flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Cazz stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Moore swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Moore really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cazz. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Cazz shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Moore defends it nicely.
Cazz ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Cazz has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Cazz stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Moore swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Cazz is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Moore throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Moore can do anything to dispel that myth.
Cazz tries to free his leg and advance position but Moore is retaining full guard.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Moore throws a series of punches but Cazz avoids them all with ease.
Cazz shoots in for a double leg but Moore sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Moore throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Cazz stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Moore looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Cazz fails with a takedown attempt.
Moore lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Cazz circles away quickly and effectively.
Moore throws a nice looking combination but Cazz bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Cazz shoots in for a takedown but Moore shows good takedown defense.

This has been an exciting period of action!

That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Cazz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Moore tries to avoid it but Cazz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Moore to the ground. Moore escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Cazz looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
Cazz is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Moore comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Moore throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Moore gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Moore must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Moore throws and elbow that misses. Cazz uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Moore's guard. Nice move by Cazz!
