Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Michael Lisnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Bonds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bonds has chosen Live And Let Die as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lisnar changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bonds looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Lisnar gets to his feet - Bonds follows without any prompting.

Lisnar feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bonds accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
